CHLOE JOHNSON
#4 / DEFENCE / Shoots/Catches Left / 5’4" / 130lbs / Age: 18 / North Central Impact

Chloe was skating by 3 and playing hockey by 4 with a natural gravitation to playing forward. As a multisport player Chloe took Atom age (9-10) off of hockey to focus on soccer, but her love for the game and competitive nature brought her back to the rink with a renewed dedication to hockey. Chloe grew up playing in Edmonton, AB for KC & EGHA, but recently relocated to Beaumont, AB with her family, and is a returning NCI/AFHL player. Her strengths include a fast and clean skating style, the grit to work hard along the boards, a friendly camaraderie with teammates and coaches, and a quirky sense of humor.

Chloe switched from Forward to Defense mid-year in the 19-20 season! She had only practiced once as a D before making the change after teammates became injured. She will be representing Zone 6 in the Feb 2020 Alberta Winter Games. Chloe is honored that she was selected as an Alternate/Assistant on the NCI Leadership team.
